Anybody else use this?
I decided to buy some for a Sorachi and Citra IPA but also read about how it takes ages to get get going and that it's takes a long time to hit final gravity.
I brewed a batch last Thursday 9th July and pitched at roughly 11.30am.
By 5pm I saw signs it had kicked off and by Friday Morning it was going crazy.
Just took a hydro reading out of interest and looks like it's nearly done.
SG was 1.048 and the sample is already reading 1.012, fairly clear also.
Will be leaving for another week to really clean up, but I was expecting a slow ferm with this yeast based on what a lot of threads say about it.

I used M44 for my last brew, and will use it again for the next one.

Mine also went very hard and very fast. I checked the beer 12 hours after I brewed it, and it had already blown out. Luckily I pre-empted this and used a tube rather than an airlock. I reckon I reached FG in 4-5 days. Left it another 2 weeks to clear up before I bottled it.
