Hi all. I've been lurking around the forum and it's been so informative I figured I should try and get more involved.
I've been homebrewing with my husband for a little under a year (extract only) in our little 2-bedroom apartment. We've had more successes than failures so far, as well as several learning experiences. The most recent addition to our "pico-brewery" is a large wine cooler so we can temp control a couple of carboys and/or our Mr. Beers which we've started using to do experimental brews. Our best brew so far has been a "graf" (stout with apple cider) and a few batches of a nice Hefeweizen.
I also have picked up baking bread as a way to use some of the spent grains and really enjoy the routine of bottling, brewing and baking in a weekend.
