Any comments on this recipe. I am not looking to fit a category just make a nice red ale.

12.5 Gallon 1.045 OG

17 Lbs. 2-row
1.5 Lbs. Munich
0.5 Lbs. Black Patent

1oz Willamette 4.8aa 60 min
1oz Goldings 5.3aa 5 min

Nice, simple. Should be pretty.

I'd probably add a hop addition at around 15 min for a touch more bitterness and flavor. But that's me.
