LP Propane Manifold for Honeywell Valves

Like many people here I am building a propane RIMS system where the propane is controlled with the Honeywell valves. I am trying to figure out the propane line. I will have one high pressure burner and one low pressure burner. Here's what I'm thinking:

Propane tank
'--> HP regulator
'--> T joint --> Ball valve --> Burner (BK)
'----> LP Regulator
'--> T joint --> Ball valve --> Honeywell Valve --> Burner (MLT)
'----> Ball valve --> Honeywell Valve -->Burner (HLT)

Here are my questions:
1. Will a regulator like this work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014E3MSI/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20
2. Should I install drip legs downstream of the honeywell valves?
3. With the above style of regulator, do I need to be concerned about output when it comes to heating up the water in the HLT? Will I output enough heat to do step mashes?

Any advice you can give me to help would be much appreciated.

The top Reg you listed says 200k btu output. What's the output of your burners? As long as it's less than 200k you are fine. Drip leg should be installed before the Honeywell valve
 
I just used a MB Sturgis 108220. It's rated for 400,000 BTU. I don't have the gas valves yet but so far it seems to be working great. Not sure if it will work once the automation is up and running but I hope so. I did not install any drip legs. Is this something that is necessary?
