Hi all, I recently was diagnosed with celiacs, right as I was getting started into home brewing. I have since brewed some ciders, seltzer’s and fruit wines but I have always been a sucker for Busch light and was wondering if any one out there has a recipe that would be close?

I haven't made it, but this looks like it should get you close, if not there. My imagination says it should be about right.

From the description that recipe has barley and this is the gluten free forum section, so it won't work directly.

There are a lot of recipes on this forum for GF pale lagers and ales. After a few batches you should be able to dial in something that you like. Are you able to do all grain?

hmmm, off the top of my head, i'd be thinking oat malt and rice, maybe a bit of corn? just try them out in different combo's till it's something you like? :mug:
