My liquid yeast packet arrived in the mail semi swollen but with out being able to feel the nutrient packet do I assume it’s been punctured and if so what will be the shelf life(in the fridge) should I order a new yeast for next Saturday brew? And just start the yeast and have a back up in the fridge if it starts ok?
thanks!

A punctured nutrient pack will have no significant impact on shelf life.
