Leaky cap seal?

Bottles have been conditioning for 1 week, there are continuous upward moving bubbles in the bottle. They're very very tiny and when the get near the top of the neck they slow down almost to a stop...
I've never seen this before in my bottles. Maybe I've never noticed it before. Someone told me it could be back bottle caps letting the Co2 out.
