Kentucky Derby preorder

What a mess. Logged in right at noon, and was immediately put into a que. Time started at 3 minutes and is now up to 9...first time trying to get tickets...

Anyone else have any luck chasing down derby tickets? Got 2 in section 128 and am sending my mother in law...it's been a dream of hers to go to the derby...she is gonna freak out...however, we waited about 40 minutes for a chance to get tix....
