Been out of the beer brewing scene for quite some time but want to get back at my old passion.
I first started home brewing in the early 80's started with kits then about 10 years later started using premium beer kits and started kegging with CO2, short after that I did my first all grain with a crude sparging method, short after that I had all the gear I needed ( all built by me, counter pressure bottle filler, counter flow wort chiller, mash tun, 25g SS mash pot...) Its been 15 years since my last batch of beer but I do wine right now.
