Hi all. I've really enjoyed Jack's Abby House Lager. They are expanding but a small-ish brewery in MA that strictly produces lagers. I think they're still pretty local as far as distribution.
Anyway I'm wondering if anyone has had any success cloning this lager. Seems like they're keeping the ingredients private but it's described as a helles lager , it's pretty sweet , great malt flavor with significant body and floral or honey aroma. Honey malt maybe?
