I plan on doing a partial mash Irish Red, BIAB method soon. It's roughly based on a Raging Red recipe I found on this forum.

I have come across a problem, I plan on using pre-hopped LME that I have hanging around. It's a "Mangrove Jacks Premium Lager" LME but I have no idea how many IBUs it will give. I'm looking for any advice for some kind of hop schedule I should use (if any).

By the way I plan on doing a late addition of the LME which should retain it's hopped-ness I would assume? And I plan on doing a full 5 Gallon boil.

1.8 lb LME (Pre Hopped)
1.2 kg Pale Malt
0.5 kg Caraaroma
0.25 kg Carapils
0.25 kg Melanoiden Malt

Thanks for any advice! Feel free to comment on anything else regarding this recipe!
