Looking for the beer in the article. You don't have to be in Portland to order it, but Texas laws prohibit personal importing of beer. This would probably be easier for someone actually in Portland, so you don't pay double shipping costs.
I'd be looking for two bottles and some local stuff (to make it worth the shipping). I can get most local Texas stuff (specifically DFW), just ask. The Jester King up here is inconsistent but there's usually a few available.
