Hello Everyone,
Recent homebrewer, I was working in Paris in a microbrewery for a few years but moved home 2 years ago. Just got back into brewing 2 weeks ago, coming from working on a 8HL kit to 25liter pot has been a fun challenge.
Do we have many Irish brewers on this site ? Here are some photos of a stout i brewed with the other half 2 weeks ago, its almost ready to be chilled
its looking and tasting yummy.
Love this place and its helped me with so many questions ive had.
