Hi all
Just starting the brewing (HAVENT brewed anything yet but have most of the stuff so will give it a go sometime late this month .
just joining as seen some good info and hopefully get more tips off more experienced brewers

just thought I would introduce myself

that was a weird quote, but i gotta say...making my own alcohol, was the easiest self improvement project i ever did in my life...it was harder to learn how to balance my check book! drink up!
