I recently finished a new keezer build and ran star san through the liquid lines to sanitize. I don't have kegs to hook up to two of the lines so now they are left with star san still in them. Will this cause any issues or can it be left in the lines until purged with beer from new kegs? Thanks.

You will be fine. You should be able to leave it in there until you start pouring beer through the lines. You will want to pour the Star San and small amount of beer that pours with it out probably, but that would be just a very small amount from the first pour.

I always leave star san in my lines, 1st pour is cloudy anyway so I wouldn't bother with it.
