Made my own after seeing a fridge water line kit with 25 feet of copper tubing for 40% off. The only really difficult part was finding a way to connect 1/4 tubing to the faucet. Got some screw clamps which I didn't end up using after realizing that the tubes would slide on nice and snug. got them 4 inches down or so and figured that would prevent any leakage. Since it doesn't need to hold pressure it shouldn't get forced off either.
The tubing is probably a bit thinner than it should be, but we'll see how it works.
Copper Tubing: $14
Plastic tubing and clamps: $4
Sink connecter: $5
Total project cost: $23
