Hello Everyone,

Im Michael, currently live in Nashville, TN. I just got into brewing a little over a year ago. I have made a few batches, just started two meads, and plan to brew Friday! Extremely excited to bring all my questions to such a large audience. The brew addiction is real and I am constantly trying to get better and learn as much as I can. Like I said, really looking forward to learning more and getting better!

Welcome to the community. Lots of good advice. Some conflicting advice. Trust your gut and you wont go too wrong. I'm about a year or so into the hobby. Last year was learning the basics with extract. This year was all grain. Thinking 2022 is going to be about water chemistry.
