Quick question. When it say to ferment between 64 and 75 degrees, is it best to shoot to be at the lower temp, middle of the road, higher temp or it doesn't matter as long as it is in the range and stays consistent throughout ?
 
Awesome. Because right now my basement is at 67 degrees. Looks to be perfect temp.
