I have a buddy who has had a Pilsner fermenting for a little over two months. He has been to busy to bottle it and he thinks it's junk. Too late to bottle or is it salvageable?

I should also mention that I've never had a primary go that long, but from what I have read, it would be fine unless temps were less than desirable, or it's been in the primary for way too long...like 6 months too long

IMO it will be just fine... Even if the temps where off (not crazy off) it should be fine. Bottle that beer so you can drink it!

We forgot a "Christmas" Saison that we brewed in like November until, oh, Mid May. Bottled it up and it tastes fine. Yours might not win any awards or be the epitome of the style but, it's still going to be fine.
