Ideas for keeping RTD connectors from fouling

I am going to rebuild my control panel so that my connectors and temp controllers don't get hosed down (by water, wort, beer) quite so much. I can't promise to keep them completely dry since beer is involved, but I'm going to do my best. I'd like to get peoples ideas on keeping them in good shape. I am open to all good ideas and plenty of not so good ideas. I hoping to hear about coatings and treatments, ways of storing them, and perhaps a connector family that is more tolerant than the 3 pin ones from Auber that I have been using.
