Hey everybody, looking to jump in on the discussions here as most folks don’t get quite as intrigued by all aspects of making a good grog as we homebrewers tend to do.

Nice to join up, and looking forward to making some friends and learning a thing or two. I’m an avid home Brewer in the process of going pro. I make mead, country wine, and am absolutely nuts about batching quality ales. Like anything Homebrew, the options are limitless and when it comes down to it I enjoy making and sharing a good beverage with folks who like to try new things, and of course the regular beverage crowds as well.

Thanks, it’s the age old ‘fermenter half-full or empty’ perspective.
