How to PM - HELP

I really like the new HBT makeover. I've been away a while and it really looks snazzy. One thing I can't figure out; how do you PM? I thought it used to involve clicking on the name in an avatar. Sorry for the dumb question, I'm sure I'm missing something simple (as usual)!

They are called conversations now. You can access them by selecting the envelope shown below:

Yes, you click on the username above the avatar and another screen will pop up and you select the “Start a Conversation” option.
