hi newb question , how long i can age my pet bottle with beer ? without be in the fridge ?

I pack beer in glass bottles and stand for a few months outside the refrigerator. I move them to the refrigerator for at least three days before I start drinking.

Plastic bottles are a problem that is permeable, so beer loses carbonization.
Personally I think beer from a glass bottle over time has a better taste.

I don't have space for all my beer in fridge. I move some bottles minimum three day before drink to fridge. The rest is at room temperature.

The cooler the environment the better. It will last longer. Heat and light are not good for storing beer.
