Hello! Tomorrow I will brew an IPA using Hornindal kveik, not a commercial strain but the "original" with 8 strains + bacteria. This will probably be done in 2-3 days. Do i "ruin" my brewing equipment with using Kveik containing bacteria and how am I supposed to dry hop with such quick fermentation? Pitch the yeast and dry hops togheter?
