Having never brewed an IPA this big before or used this much hops, I’m just looking for a little feedback to see if my hop schedule looks good. Going for crisp, bitter, juicy crushability. I’m pretty set on the grainbill since I already milled it. I’m debating tossing another oz of each in at 5 min.
