Hi folks, im stewart or Jesta lol whichever you prefer, im new to this home brewing as such as i have only ever done strong (accidentally strong lol) fizzy wine/ciders but this year especially with the cost of things im going ham! lol i have a mix in the ferment bucket of Apple Ale from C.J.J. Berry book, an old recipe for Plum Jerkum in another bucket and a gallon bottle of Orange blossom Mead!.
I do alot of preserving in the house with my wife and me also have american canner too so we jar alot of stuff. im new here and look forward to reading, learning and brewing more!
