Cheers and thanks for the warm welcome. Came back to brewing just over 4 years ago after a long sabbatical of 25 years and how things had changed from them and changing even quicker now.
Brewing AG, Turbo Cider and Country wines so keeping busy.
Beer is both kegged and bottled plus just invested in a BrewZilla a few months ago though still have my electric boiler and 52ltr mashtun.

Welcome. I experienced lots of changes when I returned to brewing nine years ago. To me, the biggest improvement was Star San instead of bleach.
