I just started brewing a couple of years ago. I started with a Pico Pro and just moved to all grain, with a Braumeister 20L Plus.

Just having fun; user name is not a real brewery (yet!!)

what is blue cloud about?

Thanks! Blue Cloud is just a joke that stuck. It originated because the first ever bottles I used to bottle beer were 500ml swing top bottles that had images of small blue clouds on them and my wife was joking that I should call my brewery “blue cloud” if I ever launched.

Anyway, I was stuck and these bottles were the only ones I could get at short notice. The seal on them was very weak and all the gas leaked out during conditioning and I ended up with flat beer! So the bottles were replaced with normal brown swing tops, but the name stuck.
