Hey from the California Foothills of the Sierra Nevadas

This is really just a plain vanilla introduction. I first brewed beer several decades ago and made my first wine (mead actually) a little before that. My first beer was from a Mister Beer Kit my wife gave me. I was amazed at how easy it was to make a drinkable beer (maybe not great but at least very drinkable. I enjoyed the alcohol.) I have since moved on to making all-grain beer as well as country wines. I love the process of fermentation and all of the art and science around it. And of course, I love the results. I also love these forums and I do have some questions to ask. So these will be forthcoming!
