Hello - I have a few batches of beer under my belt, and am currently trying a hard seltzer. I seem to be stuck for about a week with very slow fermentation. I followed a recipe found online and used EC-1118 yeast. Fermenting in a 78 degree environment. I checked gravity yesterday and it does not seem to have changed much Any way to salvage this batch?
Thanks in advance

what was the staring gravity and the current gravity?
any other info on the steps you took too.

Thank you - Here is the link to the recipe I used.

I did 5lbs of sugar in the boil - cooled to 80 degrees - followed the instructions on the Ec-1118 Yeast, and added 2 tsp yeast nutrient. OG was 1.040 and after a week 1.048. Still seeing a bubble in the airlock about every 20 seconds.

can I add another yeast pack to get it going?

Did you take two readings a week apart, and they were the same? If not, how did you determine this is stuck?
