Hi,
I joined a few years ago and dropped off the radar again for quite a while. I’m back on the brewing after 3 years off and have took the plunge with a Ss Brewtech kettle and a gas burner, no longer tied to just extract brewing. Looking to do a few pre measured home brew stores own recipes before having a go with a bespoke grain brew.

Welcome back.

I did a few of the all grain kits from Brewshop (their Black IPA and Citra Zythos IPAs are especially good) before building my own recipes.

New Zealand, eh? I bet that means you'll have some pretty good access to fresh hops.
