Hello and I'm glad to finally be a member. I've been lurking, reading and referencing back to here for quite some time. I have been brewing for about 1 year. I'm currently in the market to switch to E brewing and conical fermenters. So far I have only done 5 gallon batches. I am looking for all kinds of advice on equipment, processes, recipes, etc. If it is beer related, you name it and I'd like to learn about it.
