Hello from Miami!

Hey guys! Francisco here. Fairly new to brewing, its going to be 3 years this christmas. So far have only brewed extract, I'm looking to start partial mashing/BIAB real soon. I want to get an electric kettle. I currently have a cheap 5.5 gallon kettle that came with a starter kit. I have upgraded from a stove to the hellfire burner, which means I was forcibly downgraded from brewing indoors to outdoors.
