Hello from Dela-where?

Hi. I am brand new to home brewing.

I am really excited about finding this forum and reading a lot of the great content.

I am not sure that I can contribute much on the home brewing recipe side but may be able to share some thoughts on the chemical engineering side. I have worked in the small pilot scale (I.e 10 to 20 gallons per batch) to 10,000 gallons per batch of various chemicals (paints, pigments, latex, glue, etc.). Used stainless steel and glass lined kettles with steam jackets and other equipment like condensers and boilers. Not exactly sure if that background will translate or not but I’ll see.

I love to drink witbiers so that is where I will most likely focus at the start.

And now back to drinking (All of this great info) from a fire hose.

Welcome, and i'd imagine knowing how to get 10,000 gallons of glue out of a vessel will come in handy for sprage effeciency!

Former LSD...wife took me back up north for rent free living...was nice while it lasted...i miss super fresh DFH though and all the beaches
