Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and sound. I am newbie brewer (just trying to make sense of my third batch of beer). I also have 5 liters of honey wine in the making (it too some issues :-( ).

My goals for the future include making (drinkable) beer, wine, vodka and whiskey. And also Mahua (a local alcoholic drink).

I am here to learn and make some cool friends.

Welcome mate. Mahua can cause severe loose motions unless you distill it. I hope you read more about it. Distillation in itself is a big subject.
