alright so I'm just gona be blunt I'm just kinda saying wee and giving this a shot.


attempt #1 failed to start processing with yeast it stalled and died assuming cold shock or lack of nutrients....

this is round 2
so...

5 gallons R/O water
8lbs sugar 5 lbs cane 3lbs dextrose
Ec1118
Fermax was used to its fullest recommendations 1-1.5 spoons per gallon of water


first image is the starting day at 60° the proper temp for using the tool
second img is the grav

third is the 6 day grav
fourth is 6 day abv

fifth is 10 days in as well as sixth

question is it smells like sulfer should I be concerned ? will that smell go away ?
