With summer approaching, I'm putting together something along the lines of a Belgian Blonde and could use some feedback. I'm shooting for something with citrus presence, but still pretty balanced.

Base recipe
OG - about 1.065 (trying to keep ABV 7% or below)

75% Belgian Pils
15% Vienna
10% homemade candy sugar - light amber

Mash @150
90 minute boil
Hallertau to 30 IBU total (including 1oz @10 for a little spice)

Considering some fresh lemon and orange zest late in the boil and maybe 1/2 oz coriander.

WY3787 - pitched around 65 and ramped to 80

Thoughts? Concerns?
