Need help! Is this mold??? It was supposed to be an Oktoberfest. Been in secondary for a week and ready to cool down but not sure where we are. Do I need to ditch it?

Agree...too blurry to tell anything. Mold would be fuzzy likely with green or black areas. It looks more like just yeast and/or fermentation bubbles to me.

<Insert standard advice to not use a secondary here.>
 
And why secondary?

Probably because all kit instructions say to use a secondary, despite it not being necessary unless you're putting your beer on top of fruit or something).

You're probably just seeing clusters of bubbles from CO2 coming out of solution but some clearer pictures would help.
