After finally bottling my beer, I ran out of time and had no choice but to let my fermenting bucket sit for a week. I filled it with hot water after bottling, with some of the sanitizing cleanser, but otherwise couldn't touch it for a week. When I went to clean it, I noticed some mold growing on the side. I want to make sure I haven't completely ruined it, and can fully clean and sanitize it again. I've washed it out a few times, once with a water/bleach solution, and other times with the sanitation solution. There's a yellow color on the side of the bucket at the moment. I'm not SCRUBBING it, and not using anything abrasive.

Any help?

Fill it with hot water and some PBW (or OxyClean). Rub the sides with a dish rag. Let it sit overnight.

Stains are OK. Residue is not.
