Good day all. As a maker from Cape Town, where we are still in lockdown, and can't buy beer, I am thinking of starting to make some. I am looking forward to the learning and experimentation.

Welcome. If you're starting from scratch, you can read howtobrew.com or get one of the many good brewing books, including the paper versions of How to Brew. The on-line book is a little dated, but it's still a good stating point.
