Hi all !

I pressed about 14 litres of juice from grapes day before yesterday, treated it with sodium metabisulphate and then added yeast day after.

I now have what appear to be green bits floating in it and the foam has taken on a green tinge? See photo, the green stuff floating on the top is growing!

The one thing I can think it may be is mould? I used an open packet of yeast that had been sealed and in the fridge, however I discovered after it had been open for a year.... It seemed fine but could this be the issue? Is there anything I can do or is this wine done for?
