Alright so I'm driving back to cali from chicago. And I got a batch of a black ipa and a stout I wanna bring with. So my main question is if I keg those beers right before I leave and purge the oxygen will they be ok? I realize ill be driving over 30 hours and idk what the temps will be like but I just wanted to know if I brought them with and carbed them when I get to LA if they will still be good. Feel like if I bottle it will be a lot more room and too warm for the bottles. Thanks a lot,

Eric

You can. You especially want to make sure that your kegs seal well and have pressure in them. I do not think it would much hurt them to bottle or even pre carb the keg before travel. Just know that you will probably need to let them sit a little to settle out.
