Here are few pics of my glycol chiller setup.
Parts list:
Take apart the control panel, remove the cold air fan, remount the motor capacitor, gently bend the cold side of the cooling coils up and out to fit inside the cooler.
Nice touch, the wiring diagram is inside the case, which you'll toss.
Since you're using an external controller, wire up the AC at the medium setting.
I wired the controller to an outlet box to plug in both the AC unit and a submersible pump that circulates the glycol when the AC is cooling it.
Quick connect fittings on top
And on the fermenter and brite tank
Allows great temp control
