After buying a brutus 10 setup, I made some modifications, recently installing a honeywell gas valve, pilot, & thermocoupler. Having never plumbed gas before, I was a little apprehensive, but I'm still alive to talk about it & there weren't any leaks. A friend is building my temperature control board with inputs & outputs for 3 temperature controls. In one of the pics, you can see the prototype of the control board. Everything worked well on our first test run, so I'm getting very excited to one day have a fully automated mash. Should be interesting!
