My buddy just got entered into a contest through Boulevard, the lucky sob, where they gave him 5 gallons of wort to do with as he wants then he has to return it. Which gave me the idea to try and make a batch of it myself to try. I have the specs and was looking for suggestions as to what people thought I should try with it, I already have the yeast and hops to dry hop with but I am open to not dry hopping to try something new. I'm looking for ideas because I want to try something out of the ordinary and I'm fairly new to the process. Here are the specs:
12.2 Plato
12.4 IBU
12.7 EBC
Malt Bill: 93% pale malt & 7% Munich malt
Hops: Equal portions of Bravo & Magnum
I'm using White Labs Burton Ale Yeast and then dry hopping with 2 oz Kent Goldings Leaf Hops (I've never used leaf hops and the same buddy swears by them so I thought I would give them a shot)
