Anybody know what's on the inside bottom of my sanke?

bottom of the keg is beerstone, as said PBW.

if its about the dip tube, it just looks like a repurposed tube with an old ferule crimped to it. not a problem
 
Beerstone...never heard of it before but glad it can come off with pbw! I thought it was some kind of sticker at first! Thanks guys!!
 
a lot of times PBW and oxyclean are used interchangeably
for this you need pbw, and HOT. oxyclean and hot tap water won't cut it.
