First all grain batch infected?

First all grain batch on my new rig and everything went about perfect. Its an IPA and SG 1.074 and after the primary it was at 1.012. Racked into the secondary. I forgot the dry hops I was going to use so it sat for about two days. Put the pellets in a nylon bag that I sanitized like always and added to the secondary. Two days later I have something floating in the secondary.

No idea what it is but I'm about to keg so needless tobi hope its nothing but I've never noticed in any of my other beers. Amy ideas?
