In the next week or so I plan to pick up the steel to make my brew sculpture. I am planning a 3 tier gravity system off a center pole with an H base.
A similar stand I have seen had 2" square tube for the whole stand and heard that it was probably overkill. So my thought is 2" square tube for the base and center pole and 1.5" square tube for the shelves.
Could I get away with just using 1.5" square tube for the whole stand?
Another thought was whether to have two posts instead of one.
