A Helpful Tip for Learning Hops Flavors

Someone from the homebrew club where I used to live emailed this out. I think this could really be worth trying, especially for those of us that don't get to brew often enough to get to learn by trial and error. I think I may have to get some BMC to try this out...

That's a pretty common, and very good trick, taking a known consistant beer and adding to it to learn something. There's a kit for learning and identifying off flavors that gives you these drops that you add to...I think Coors...to mimic the common off flavors like diacetyl, etc.
