Bom dia prezados.
Para a próxima leva estou pensando numa Smoked Ale...
Vou usar um 1kg de malte defumado da Weyermann mas o restante vai ser malte pilsen que eu pretendo defumar em casa mesmo usando eucalipto, angelin (acho, é sobra da construção) e gordura de bacon pra dar AQUELA fumaçeira...

Enfim, a receita que eu montei foi essa, gostaria da opinião de vocês.

Resolvi usar todo o galena que eu tenho, 40g colocando ele só 30 min no fervura. O cascade ficou como está.
 
Mexi de volta, alterando a adição de lúpulos...
Sai o Cascade e ficam os 40g de Galena em 3 etapas: 20g aos 60 min, 10g aos 10min e 10g no final da fervura.
Coloquei também uns 200g de aveia pra segurar a espuma...

Alguma sugestão a mais?
